We will attend a pre-concert discussion at noon, Friday (October 2) in Ford Hall in the Whalen Center.
Then we will attend the Orchestra performance on Saturday, October 3rd at 8:15 pm also in Ford Hall. At the main event there will be signs indicating our section.

We are going to meet in our regular classroom at noon. We will leave the room together right at noon (so try to be a few minutes early). We will walk to the bus stop in front of Park and catch the 12:17 bus downtown.
I will bring $10 per student for eating. You should bring your bus fare ($1.50 each way) and money for additional food if you think you need it.
We will return to campus in time for 2 PM classes.

1. Other sources of background material – try the virtual reference desk – http://www.ithacalibrary.com/research/vrd.php
2. Try the websites of groups advocating for or against your issue (NOTE: These sources may have a strong bias. Be sure to check both sides so that you know when the history or interpretation of events is different.)
3. For policy issues, try CQ Researcher http://ezproxy.ithaca.edu:2256/cqresearcher/ (you will need to be on campus to access this link)
